Returns and Refund Policy
What’s your return policy?
UrbanityChek will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 10% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow UrbanityChek 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- UrbanityChek will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@urbanitychek.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@urbanitychek.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
